Our digital course is structured to guide you through the process of creating a business plan for your private care home. Each module and lesson explains our choices and reasons for those choices in creating our own home, The Home at Baer Creek, and now Crown of Wisdom Ministries. The course also provides instruction on the processes we went through to make those choices, so that you are empowered to create your own home that is in alignment with who you are.

In our group coaching sessions, you can expect personalized guidance focused on your specific goals and challenges. We will work together to identify your strengths, develop actionable strategies, and provide ongoing support to help you stay accountable and motivated throughout your journey.

All of the modules in the digital course are available to you day one. You can work at your own pace, and realistically, it takes several weeks to go through the modules, digest the learning, and do the homework.

Typically, our students engage in the coaching and community program for a year to support getting their home up and running and working through the first year of their new business. Most students continue to stay connected through the group coaching and community for life.

And that's why our digital course and coaching program address multiple areas.
